Cost effective 

This product is a multi-enzyme compound preparation specially applied to the pre-treatment of secondary fiber slurry to improve the water filtration rate of slurry, especially suitable for recycling pulp high speed paper machine to make packaging paper. 
The secondary fiber contains more water-soluble colloidal substances and some fine fibers which have no useful value, which limits the removal of free water and bound water of the slurry. This product can effectively degrade this part of the substance, so as to improve the water filtering performance of the slurry and the dehydration efficiency of the paper machine; 
The removal of water-soluble colloids and some fine fibers can improve the air permeability of the paper and reduce the drying load. 
It can degrade the cellulose of fiber cell wall, promote fiber water absorption and swelling, improve fiber keratinization, and improve the binding force between fibers. While promoting the removal of bound water, it increases the retention of valuable fine fibers, making the white water system cleaner.

Application

Applicable process
Applicable temperature: 25-70°С prefer 40-60℃ 
Applicable pH: 4.0-9.0, the best is 5.0-7.0 
Action time: more than 30 minutes, the best is 60-120 minutes 
Place to add: Place to add: Pulp pool 
Adding method: metering pump continuously add 
Dosage: 50-150g/ ton dry pulp, the best dosage needs to be determined according to the actual conditions

Toxicity and inactivation
Under normal circumstances, contact with this product is non-toxic and harmless, but should avoid ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose and mouth, etc., contact the skin immediately with water rinse
Inactivation method: pH <3, pH >9 or temperature >90℃ is inactive
If necessary, alkali or oxidizer can also be added to inactivate
