Enzyme deinking  series is a kind of compound enzyme preparation, can be used to replace conventional deinking chemicals or improve the filtering and washing sieve, flotation, etc without chemical pint of deink system, applies not only to take off ordinary dispersible printing inks, also can be applied to remove the inseparability of printing ink.

Mechanism of action
Multi-enzyme synergistic effect on the fiber surface of fine fibers, ink particles, adhesive in the connector, etc., by reducing the binding force between the fiber surface and ink particles, adhesive particles, facilitate the ink particles from the fiber surface peel, thereby improving the removal efficiency of ink particles in washing or flotation.
Direct decomposition of ink, adhesive particles, so that its stable dispersion, reduce ink and adhesive redeposition and cohesion, conducive to the subsequent section of the removal.

Appropriate temperature: 35-65℃
Pulp time: about 20min

Product Usage
1. Intermittent waste paper breaking: according to the calculation of the corresponding amount of deinking enzyme can be added to the high consistency pulp machine by one time;
2. continuous pulp breaking: use a special metering pump to achieve automatic feeding . At the same time as the pulper is started, deinking enzymes are added.

Packaging, storage and shelf life
Packaging: 25kg/ drum or customized according to customer requirements
Storage: Store in a cool condition away from sunlight. It is best to store in a cold storage at 4℃
◇ Shelf life: The activity loss shall not exceed 10% under normal temperature for 6 months or 1 year under cold storage at 4℃

Toxicity and inactivation
This product is non-toxic and harmless when in contact with the skin in general, but it should be avoided to ingest or splash into the eyes, nose and mouth, etc. Rinse immediately with water when in contact with the skin
Inactivation method: pH <3, pH >10 or temperature >90℃ is inactive
During production, the drying section will lose its activity
Alkali or oxidant can also be added if necessary
