Action mechanism
By limited degradation of cellulose in the fiber cell wall, it can help to peel the cell wall, promote fiber spinning or fine fibrosis, and effectively reduce the energy consumption of grinding.
The destruction of the outer layer of the primary and secondary wall of the fiber promotes the fine fibrosis inside the fiber and the water absorption and swelling of the fiber, increases the binding force between the fibers and improves the strength index of the paper.

Application

Applicable process
Applicable temperature: 25-70°С 
Applicable pH: 4.0-9.0, the best is 5.0-7.0
Action time: more than 30 minutes, the best is 60-120 minutes
Place to add: Pulper or other possible place before grinding
Adding method: Add continuously according to batch or metering pump according to crushing method
Dosage: 50 ~ 150g/ ton dry pulp, the best dosage needs to be determined according to the actual situation
