Description
The product is obtained by controlled and submerged fermentation from Aspergillus Niger. It is widely used in textile, beer, sodium gluconate in enzyme methods , Pulping and papermaking ,food and dairy processing etc
Working Mechanism
Catalase make hydrogen peroxide as the specific substrate, through catalytic pair of electron transfer, finally degrade to water and oxygen.
Properties
1.Effective Temperature : 20-60°C, optimum 40-55°C
2.Effective pH : 5.0-9.5 , optimum range 6.0-8.0
Specification
1. Liquid type: 50000 u/ml , 200000 u/ml,solid powder kind up to 3000000u/g.
2. Unit definition : The amount of enzyme which liberate 1μmol hydrogen peroxide per min at pH7.0, 30 °C.
Application Guide
1.In textile industry, Catalase can remove the residual hydrogen peroxide after bleaching, shorten the process ,save energy ,water and reduce the pollution for the environment.
2.In food and fresh milk industry, the recommended dosage is 50-150mL/t fresh raw material at 30-45°C for 10-30mins, no need to adjust PH .
3.In beer storage and sodium gluconate industry, the recommended dosage is 20-100mL/t beer at room temperature in beer industry, The recommended dosage is 2000-6000mL/t dry matter with concentration 30-35% PH about 5.5 at 30-55°C for 30 hours.
4.In Pulping and papermaking industry, the recommended dosage is 100-300mL/t bone dry pulp at at 40-60°C for 30 mins , no need to adjust PH.
Package and Storage
Plastic drum is used in liquid type. Further package customizable. this product is organic biochemical substance, high temperature, strong acid & strong alkaline will cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported.
